Update 2 - The Settings Update

Hey everyone (if there is anyone)!
The next update containing music, volume settings and other settings will be coming soon! The update will be split into two parts: One for music and music settings, the other for the settings such as VOICE, TOTAL, BANK, ETC.
I might adjust the Fiscal budget amounts to make it seem reasonable.
